نتناول من خلال هذا المقال التحديات التي تواجه المدرسة المغربية، مع التركيز على ظواهر العنف والانحراف في الوسط المدرسي، والتأكيد على دور المدرسة كمؤسسة للتنشئة الاجتماعية والتعليم، مستعرضين انعكاسات التحولات السوسيواقتصادية على تزايد هذه الظواهر. نهدف من خلاله إبراز أهمية الوقاية كمنهج استراتيجي لتجنب تفاقم الظاهرة، مع التأكيد على ضرورة تفعيل الحياة المدرسية. لتحقيق هذا الهدف، تتطلب هذه الأخيرة تقديم أنشطة صفية ولاصفية تهدف إلى تنمية القيم الأخلاقية والاجتماعية، وتعزيز المهارات الحياتية كالتفكير النقدي وإدارة العلاقات الشخصية. كما نسلط الضوء على دور المختص الاجتماعي ودوره في تنشيط الحياة المدرسية، وذلك من خلا رصد السلوكات الشاذة وتوفير الدعم النفسي والاجتماعي، مما يُسهم في بناء بيئة تعليمية جاذبة ومؤثرة.

نخلص إلى أهمية الحياة المدرسية كمناخ تربوي يمكن المدرسة من جعلها فضاء وقائيًا فعّالا يعزز توازن المتعلم النفسي والاجتماعي، ويعمل على تطوير المهارات اللازمة لمواجهة التحديات المجتمعية وعلى رأسها السلوكات المنحرفة والجانحة، بما يسهم في استقرار المجتمع على المدى البعيد.

The article aims to underscore the importance of prevention as a strategic approach to curbing the escalation of such behaviors, stressing the need to activate school life as a fundamental pillar of educational reform.

To achieve this goal, school life must include both curricular and extracurricular activities that foster ethical and social values, and promote essential life skills such as critical thinking and the management of interpersonal relationships. The article also sheds light on the crucial role of the social worker in revitalizing school life—through monitoring deviant behaviors and providing psychological and social support—which contributes to building an engaging and effective educational environment.

Ultimately, the article concludes by affirming the significance of school life as an educational climate that enables the school to become a preventive and nurturing space. This space supports the learner’s psychological and social balance and fosters the development of the necessary skills to face societal challenges—particularly deviant and delinquent behaviors—thereby contributing to long-term social stability.
